How long does a typical internship last?
Internships last for approximately 90 days during the summer. They start around the time you finish the spring semester and end before the fall semester begins.
How often will I get paid?
All positions are paid biweekly.
Where are the internships and co-ops located?
These may be located at any one of our U.S. locations, including Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Rhode Island, Delaware or Massachusetts.
What types of training and career development do you offer?
Rogers offers training programs for all employees throughout the year. These programs cover a wide range of topics, including project management, leadership development, six sigma, and more. Rogers also offers a generous tuition reimbursement program and provides job-specific training as needed.
